The Greek Church

The Christian Orthodox Church in Greece is a direct descendant of the ancient Great Church which formulated Orthodox doctrine. This was centred upon the five ancient patriarchates of Jerusalem, Antioch in Syria), Alexandria (in Egypt) Rome and Constantinople.
